The Cashless Terminal is a self-contained value-add system designed for locations where the equipment operator or property manager wants to completely eliminate cash from the facility and minimize involvement from on-site management.

Value can be added only through a bank card account (credit or debit card with Visa, MasterCard or Discover logo). There are two options to add-value: the card holder can swipe their bank card at the Terminal or use the BridgePoint LaundryMoney value-add website to obtain a 10 digit transaction number for adding value at the Terminal.

The Terminal is available in two configurations, with and without the local credit card swipe. The model without the credit card swipe operates only with LaundryMoney and eliminates the need for (and cost of) a dedicated telephone line.

The PeopleStation HandHeld Terminal is battery powered hand-held unit that functions as an entry-level value-add terminal for use in smaller properties that have only a few machines (typically less than 8). To add value for a resident's card, the property attendant inserts the card and their own Management Refill Card into the terminal, and then selects the amount to be added using the up/down value buttons. The Management Refill Cards are extremely secure and can only be used to transfer value to and from User Cards. The CardView Software is a user friendly program that operates on most Windows platforms. CardView requires a BridgePoint Desktop Reader attached to the PC's serial port for reading and writing to the User Card.
